Cali Dental Arts is happy to accept digital scans from most major intraoral scanners. Please review our protocols below to find instructions for your preferred scanner.
Align Technology iTero™
Option 1
- Select "Find a Laboratory" on your iTero Scanner
- Connect with Cali Dental Arts using our Company ID #60374.
- After connecting to us as a Lab, select Cali Dental Arts on your scanner when sending files
Option 2
- Call 800-577-8767
- Select Option 1
- Request that Cali Dental Arts is added to your scanner Identify our lab using our phone number 747-224-0779.
- After Cali Dental Arts has been added, restart your scanner
- After connecting to us as a lab, select Cali Dental Arts on your scanner when sending files
3Shape TRIOS®
- Go to us.3shapecommunicate.com in a web browser
- Contact Cali Dental Arts (747-224-0779) to let us know you have requested a connection.
- After connecting to us as a Lab is approved, select Cali Dental Arts when sending files
3M™ True Definition Scanner
- Call 3M at 1.800.634.2249 (ext 3 Digital) (ext 1 General Digital Assistance)
- They will assist you in adding Cali Dental Arts to your scanner
- You will choose Cali Dental Arts in your prescription
- Send your case by hitting "Submit"
Planmeca® Emerald™
- Select "Find a lab" option on your scanner
- Search for Cali Dental Arts
- Add Cali Dental Arts
- Select Cali Dental Arts when submitting scans

- Attach .stl file
- Submit case
